Convenience Fee
A fee may apply if you choose to use this service to make a payment online and the fee amount will be displayed as "service fee." You will not incur a fee if you pay by ACH or mail a payment to the address listed in the correspondence you received from Southern Financial Systems, Inc. You can also call us to obtain other payment options.
Automatic Telephone Dialing
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by Southern Financial Systems, Inc. through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system to receive autodialed, prerecorded calls and text messages to any applicable wireless telephone number.
Telephone Monitoring and Recording
We may listen to and record your telephone calls with us. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we monitor and record telephone conversations whether you or we initiate the telephone call.
Errors and Unauthorized Transactions
